We currently ship to the US and Canada.
A $12 flat rate shipping fee will be applied to all US economy orders. Expedited shipping is available in the US at an additional cost.
Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon entry into Canada. These charges are determined by the Canadian Border Services Agency and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Selected Good has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend consulting with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are packed by Selected Good under recorded, tamper-evident security procedures. Any individual or party found engaging in return or authentication fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
We offer package shipment protection upon checkout that is calculated as a percentage of your purchase. By the customer completing checkout without selecting insurance, Selected Good is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. All orders over $750 will include signature requirement upon delivery.
In the event an unopened package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
