Our Authentication Process

1. In-House Review
   Upon arrival at our warehouse, each handbag is carefully examined by our in-house authentication specialists, who have decades of combined experience in the secondhand luxury goods industry.
2. Entrupy Authentication
   We utilize Entrupy, a globally recognized leader in luxury authentication, which combines proprietary data, human expertise, and AI-powered technology.
   
   Customers may choose to include a digital Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity with their purchase for an additional $20, which must be selected at checkout and purchased simultaneously along with the handbag.*

100% Authenticity Guarantee and Security Measures

All handbags sold on selectedgood.com undergo a comprehensive, multi-step authentication process designed to ensure authenticity to the highest industry standards.

Please note, in order to prevent return fraud for online purchases, buyer must contact Selected Good regarding an authentication dispute within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Any material alterations outside of normal wear and tear render the item ineligible for authentication dispute as changes can impact the item’s ability to be authenticated. Alterations include but are not limited to: paint added, hardware replacement, strap replacement and missing parts.

All orders are packed by Selected Good under recorded, tamper-evident security procedures. Any individual or party found engaging in return or authentication fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

In-Person Purchases (Pop-Ups, Events, Private Sales)

All handbags sold in person are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

However, Selected Good stands behind the authenticity of all items sold. Any concerns regarding condition and authenticity must be raised prior to completion of the transaction.
